I worked with Aimee for a rental unit that I would be moving into. She was very responsive throughout the whole process and super helpful whenever I had questions. She was extremely personable and showed that she cared for each of her clients, even after the process had finished, so it was a pleasure working and speaking with her.

Aimee is the absolute best. This is my second time working with Aimee to rent my apartment. She is efficient, extremely hard-working, and does not take no for an answer. On both rentals, she has gone above and beyond to get me a great tenant. I am so happy we have met and plan to work with Aimee in the future.

Aimee did a wonderful job representing me in my condo sale. Her deep knowledge of the NYC real estate market, and in particular my building in which she also resides, along with her hard work ethic and years of experience, made her not only invaluable to me, but really the only choice I ever considered. She truly went the extra mile - was very responsive (always picked up the phone and answered texts) and also checked up on my unit frequently to make sure everything was okay outside of open houses. I would definitely work with her again!
